Partha is the original founder of parent company Connexa Referrals LLC, and now leads Empower EV, a forward-thinking leader in the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry. After 20+ years in corporate leadership at various Fortune 500 companies, he embarked down the entrepreneurial path in 2019 to pursue his long-term goal for independence and ownership. His extensive experience in supply chain, operations, and customer service, and his networking efforts makes him uniquely positioned to bring solutions and expertise to those seeking guidance in leadership, cost savings, and process efficiency.

In the last six years, Partha has provided consulting and digital marketing services through other ventures, and now with Jessica and Jadda, he is co-developing Empower EV to be your strategic partner to provide a wide range of EV charging solutions to your facility or business that benefit your customers, as well as provide another important ancillary revenue stream.

Partha spent his childhood years in Raleigh, NC, Troy, MI, and Bloomsburg, PA and after moving around even more during his corporate tenure, he returned in 2019 to his native state near Chapel Hill to be near and assist his widowed father. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh as well as his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He has three adult children who are beginning their own careers and families in New York City, Washington, DC, and Charlotte, NC.
